Return & Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Timeframes

• More than 14 days before session: Full refund of any deposits paid, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
• 7-14 days before session: 50% refund of deposits, or option to reschedule at no additional charge.
• Less than 7 days before session: Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be available subject to availability.
• Same day cancellations: No refund available. Rescheduling subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance are typically accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Photographer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, etc.), we will:

• Provide as much advance notice as possible
• Offer a full refund of all payments made
• Offer to reschedule at your convenience, subject to availability

Weather and External Factors

For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather conditions closely. If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original method of payment.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital photography products, all sales of digital images are final once delivered. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final images and will work with you to address any concerns.
